If you are interested in running whether for fitness, just for fun, or serious racing this is the group for you. All speeds are welcome. Having fun with people that like to run is the most important aspect of this group. So when we are not on the road there will be opportunities for social interaction. There will be organized group runs at least once a week and more times once the group is well established.
